We Are Authors
Title of Project: We Are Authors Question: Will student-directed publication of individual books enable students to make the connection between oral and written (printed) language? Summary: The purpose of this project is to increase student success in writing and reading through the creation of a collection of student published books. The students and teachers will work individually and collectively on this project, culminating in the selection and submission of one book to the Richland District One Visual Literacy Book Production Contest held in April 2003.
